Scope of service

Services are provided as described in your quote and any accompanying scope document. Additions or changes may result in adjusted pricing, discussed with you in advance.

Scheduling and cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Access and safety

You are responsible for providing safe, timely access to your property. Our team will treat your space with care and report any concerns.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking. Invoices are issued after service unless otherwise arranged.

Satisfaction

If a detail is missed, we'll return promptly to make it right. Please notify us within 24 hours of your service.
